2.Booking & Reservation Policy
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the prescribed advance payment.
Remaining balance must be cleared before check-in or event date, as communicated during booking.
Prices, packages, and inclusions may vary based on season, availability, and event size.
Any promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
3.Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Refund eligibility depends on the booking agreement signed at the time of reservation.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned in the package.
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in and check-out timings apply unless agreed otherwise.
Early check-ins/late check-outs are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
5. Venue Usage Rules
Guests must follow all venue rules, safety protocols, and staff instructions.
Any damage to property, furniture, décor, or equipment will be charged to the client.
Outside vendors (caterers, decorators, photographers, etc.) must be pre-approved by the management.
Loud music and sound levels must comply with local laws and permitted timings.
6. Event & Guest Conduct
The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests, staff, and vendors.
Illegal activities, misconduct, or nuisance behavior may result in event termination without refund.
Alcohol service must comply with applicable regulations and licensing requirements.
8.Use of Photographs & Videography
The client may use the property for personal photography and videography.
The Amore Collective may showcase event images of the property (not personal portraits) for marketing unless the client opts out in writing.
9. Governing Law
We are not responsible for cancellation or service limitations arising from events beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
10. Changes to Terms
The Amore Collective reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on the website.
